At Clover & Lore, we believe every order should arrive beautifully presented and ready to gift. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day after your order has been placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (where available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven't received your dispatch confirmation within two working days, please contact us at hello@cloverandlore.com.

Delays

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing or severe weather.

We appreciate your patience should this occur.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Clover & Lore cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided during checkout.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@cloverandlore.com.

We'll work with the courier to investigate and keep you updated throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the product and packaging

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
