At Clover & Lore, we want you to be delighted with your order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned in its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Before returning your order, please contact us at hello@cloverandlore.com so we can provide return instructions.
Personalised Orders
As each personalised message is created especially for you, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Please double-check your personalised message before placing your order, as we'll print it exactly as submitted.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cloverandlore.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We'll assess the issue as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.
